Why are we different?

Working virtually, we just don’t have the level of staffing and office overheads of an agency, so we are able to keep our fee structure simpler and lower.

We work with you to create a partnership to ensure we understand your business and requirements in order to find the right person to join your team.

We don’t take on huge numbers of roles at any one time, so we don’t have multiple other clients to satisfy, so you get a dedicated and timely service.

Our Fees:

  • An up-front deposit of $500 to cover advertising costs (this will be discounted from our final invoice)
  • For roles of up to $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 10% of the total salary package
  • For roles over $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 15% of the total salary package

Let’s look at an example:

If you are looking to pay a new Business Development Manager a base salary of $75,000, plus superannuation (total package = $75K + 10.5% = $82,875 per annum), we would only charge you 10%, equating to a fee to you of $8,287.50.

We offer a 3 month guarantee period.

How does this compare with Recruitment Agencies?

Typically, a recruitment agency will charge:

  • For roles up to $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 12-15% of the total salary package
  • For roles over $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 16-30% of the total salary package

Using the same example as above, if you are looking to pay a new Business Development Manager a base salary of $75,000, plus superannuation (total package = $75K + 10.5% = $82,875 per annum), a recruitment agency will charge you 12-15% of this, equating to a fee to you of $9,945-$12,431).

Some agencies may also look for periodic payments, ie, one third up front, one third upon presentation of a shortlist and the remainder upon the offer.
