    • 30 mins to debrief from the interviews to talk through each of the candidates
    • Time aside to review the references
    • Time to Offer the preferred candidate and talk through potential start dates and next steps
    • Time to organise new starter paperwork for your new employee
    • Time to prepare to onboard, induct and train your new employee

The Cost:

Our Fees:

  • An up-front deposit of $500 to cover advertising costs (this will be discounted from our final invoice)
  • For roles of up to $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 8% of the total salary package
  • For roles over $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 12% of the total salary package

Using the same example from above, let’s compare the costs:

If you are looking to pay a new Business Development Manager a base salary of $75,000, plus superannuation (total package = $75K + 9.5% = $82,125 per annum), we would only charge you 8% of the base salary, equating to a fee to you of $6,570.

That’s a minimum cost saving of $3,285!

Imagine what you could use this money on for your business .. that’s roughly the cost of a laptop, mobile, desk and chair for your new person ….

Recruitment Agencies:

Typically, a recruitment agency will charge:

  • For roles up to $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 12-15% of the total salary package
  • For roles over $100,000, plus superannuation – a fee of 20-30% of the total salary package

For example, if you are looking to pay a new Business Development Manager a base salary of $75,000, plus superannuation (total package = $75K + 9.5% = $82,125 per annum), a recruitment agency will charge you 12-15% of this, equating to a fee to you of $9,855-$12,318).

Some agencies may also look for periodic payments, ie, one third up front, one third upon presentation of a shortlist and the remainder upon the offer.

As we mentioned earlier, we don’t have the overheads of an agency, so we can keep our fee structure simpler and lower.
